I called to have my appliances moved and they scheduled for later that week. The guy showed up but with a nasty attitude.

He was by himself and stated that he would have to reschedule because he could not get the equipment up the stairs. He had been to my place before and remembered it and my steps but came alone. He was cursing and said he had a family member in the hospital and needed to go. I found some guys in the apartmemt complex and they carried the washer and dryer upstairs while the guy from Appliance Warehouse watched.

Thee guy had horrible body odor too. Once the apartment guys moved everything the guy from Appliance Warehouse was setting up the pair. Then I heard a loud scream and cursing downstairs and I ran because I thought he was injured. Nope!!

He was upset because the washer did not have a bar code for him to scan and he would have to "waste time" on hold with the company and he needed to get out of there. Inwas glad to see him go.

I have dealt with him on another issue when the dryer broke and it was the same attitude and that qas also a disaster that would take too much time to get into now. Ugh

Hi, I am sorry for your experience. I am also a customer of Appliance Warehouse.

I arranged for a pickup over a week in advance and today they have rescheduled my pickup date. Based on your feedback, I guess we have to be present at the property to ensure that everything is fine when they are 'picking up' equipment. I have to inform them about the 'steps' in the property even though they have not asked for it. I hope they are able to keep up the appointment for pickup with sufficient number of persons and not keep rescheduling the dates.

Did you get any call or email from this company about the feedback about their pickup service. Not sure if this matters to them at all and they take Customers for granted.
